01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and cz555 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the cz555 website, mobile application and any related services.

By registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you are accepting these Terms unconditionally. These Terms apply alongside any specific rules or conditions published for individual products, promotions or games on the platform. In the event of any conflict, the more specific terms will take precedence for that product or promotion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last amended. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use cz555, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cz555 does not permit minors to use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate or close family member of a cz555 employee where a conflict of interest may arise.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from cz555 or any of its affiliated platforms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

cz555 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any stage. Any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be permanently closed and any winnings forfeited. We take underage gambling very seriously and have multiple verification layers in place.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on cz555. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended pending review, and any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be void.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address and a Pakistan mobile number. This information is used for account verification, payment processing and communication purposes.

• Your username and password are your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team promptly.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately through live chat.
• cz555 will never ask for your password via chat, email or any other channel.
• Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be closed without notice and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Account registration is free. There is no charge to create or maintain an account on cz555, and no minimum deposit is required at the point of registration.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cz555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Supported methods may be updated from time to time and the current options are shown in the cashier section of your account.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but most PKR deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are near-instant.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section. These limits may also be affected by your current VIP tier.
• cz555 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any active bonus wagering requirements before they can be processed.
• If a withdrawal request is made and a matching deposit has not been played through at least once, cz555 reserves the right to apply a standard processing review before releasing funds.

All withdrawals above a certain threshold require identity verification to be completed. This is a one-time process for most players and does not affect regular transactions once approved.

05 Betting Rules

Bets placed on cz555 are binding once confirmed. You should review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager. Accidental bets, bets placed at incorrect odds due to user error, or bets placed on misunderstood markets cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and are shown at the point of placing the bet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to available markets during a live event. Odds during in-play betting may shift rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.
• cz555 covers cricket markets extensively, including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic Pakistan cricket . Specific rules for individual cricket markets (such as Dux Balls, run lines or method of dismissal) are shown within each market listing.
• Football, esports and other sports markets follow the same general betting rules. Event-specific rules are noted within each market.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules for that specific sport and market type. Generally, if a match does not complete the minimum required play, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• cz555 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical fault or human error on our side. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• Any attempt to exploit platform errors, technical glitches or pricing mistakes for systematic gain is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Bet results are final once settled by the platform. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact support with the bet reference number within 7 days of the settlement date.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

cz555 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for Pakistan players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions and cricket-specific bonus events tied to PSL and international fixtures. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance separately from your real money balance. Real money is used first; bonus funds are used when the real money balance reaches zero.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement and any minimum odds conditions are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• cz555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already made a qualifying deposit, the deposit will remain in the account but any uncredited bonus will not be issued.
• Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

07 VIP Programme

The cz555 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. All registered accounts start at Bronze automatically. Points are earned from real-money bets placed on sports and casino products. Tier upgrades occur automatically when the required point threshold is reached.

• VIP benefits including cashback, faster withdrawals, enhanced odds and personal account managers are described on the VIP page and may be updated from time to time.
• VIP points and tier status cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bets placed with bonus funds do not contribute to VIP point accumulation. Only real-money wagers count towards your VIP progress.
• cz555 reserves the right to adjust a player's VIP tier or revoke VIP benefits if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms.
• Elite tier benefits, including custom bonus arrangements, are managed on a case-by-case basis through a dedicated account manager and are not automatically applied.

08 Live Casino

The live casino section of cz555 is operated using real dealers streamed via video link. All live casino games — including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Teen Patti and game show titles — are subject to their own individual game rules displayed within each game lobby.

• All live casino bets are final once placed and the dealing or spinning sequence has begun. Bets cannot be cancelled after this point.
• If a live stream is interrupted during an active game round due to a technical fault on cz555's side, the round will be void and all stakes returned. If the interruption is on the player's side (device, internet connection), the outcome of the game round stands.
• Table limits for each live casino game are displayed before entering the game. VIP members at Gold tier and above may have access to exclusive tables with different limits.
• Any suspected technical fault affecting a game result must be reported to support within 24 hours of the session, with the game reference number and approximate time provided.

09 Responsible Gaming

cz555 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment experience. Betting and casino gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits and play within their means.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases have a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set reminders to alert you after a set period of continuous play. These are available in account settings and are recommended for all players.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You can request a temporary break from the platform lasting between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, login is blocked and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from your account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is immediate and irreversible for the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: The platform provides notifications to help you track time and money spent during active sessions.

10 Security and KYC Verification

cz555 applies industry-standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to protect the integrity of the platform and its players. Verification may be requested at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time if the platform has reason to verify an account.

• Standard verification documents include a valid government-issued ID (CNIC, passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals above specified thresholds will not be processed until identity verification is complete. This is a one-time process for most players.
• Submitting forged, altered or fraudulent documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Do not access your cz555 account from shared or public devices. Always log out after your session.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the cz555 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, graphics, text, game interfaces and software — is the property of cz555 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any cz555 content without explicit written permission.
• The cz555 logo and brand identity may not be used in any third-party context without authorisation.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted to cz555 become the property of the platform and may be used without compensation or attribution.

12 Limitation of Liability

cz555 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

• cz555 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, third-party service disruptions, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or force majeure events.
• cz555 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with another person.
• Winnings derived from bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical fault are not payable. Stakes will be returned in such cases.
• To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

cz555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, use of stolen payment methods, or identity fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Suspected match-fixing, arbitrage betting using automated tools, or any behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe when requested.
• A court order, legal obligation or regulatory directive requiring us to close the account.

In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In cases of account closure not related to player misconduct — for example, if you wish to close your account voluntarily — any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing.

14 Changes to These Terms

cz555 may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
